7mmbr to 6mm dasher

Ok I have about 400 new brass I got with my xp100 pistol along with 100 more that was loaded and I have since fired, but my question is this.
Can I with Redding dies go from a 7mmbr to a 6mm dasher ?
Or do I need to fire form after necking down to 6mm ?

Or should I just sell the remaining 400 new brass and get new brass for the 6mm dasher?

I am going to build or have built a 6mm dasher out of this action in the summer or early fall.

Thanks for the info.

Steve

The problem I see is that the 7br Rem brass is only 1.520" long where as the 6 Dasher case is based on the 6br Norma case which measures 1.560". .040" is a lot of neck to give up. I'm sure you will not have any problem selling or trading the 7br brass.

Enjoy your Dasher!!
