7mm X 300 win mag ???

Any info or load data? Will be a hunting rig and long range. Going to use Berger 168's or 180's. Just wanting something a little bigger than 7mag but not as much powder as a 7 rum.

I built one about 13-14 years ago. In a shorter barrel it's just about as good as a 7STW IMO. I have the reloading data buried somewhere but if memory serves me correctly 150gr bullets were in the 3250-3275 range in a 24' barrel with good brass life.

I actually built the gun in 1990. I found the data. The load my gun liked was 73-74grs of IMR4831 for a velocity of 3349-3386fps. I had it up in the 3450fps range but brass life was poor.
