Anyone recommend what twist to use for a 7 WSM with light bullets around 120 grains.

You can use the Berger Twist Rate Calculator to determine minimum twist. You will need the BC and bullet length. This bullet database may be helpful in getting the bullet length. The manufacturer should provide the BC. Just make sure you check off whether it is a G1 or G7 BC.
