7mm rem mag with 150cx load data

I sold my Rem 700 7mm Mag about 1980 when I got laid off from work and lost a few hunting buddies. . I shot the Hornady 154 gr RN bullet with canlures. Didn't crimp. I don't remember the exact load. I shot nothing but 4831 and 4350 powder. The factory rifle shot wallet size groups.

I just recently picked up a box of these myself to load up and try out.

The 130gr CX's in 6.5 PRC are very easy to tune with H4831.

I am thinking H4831 and H1000 to start.

Call Hornady tech and ask for what they have. I don't see any in their loading manual #11

In my experience 7828 is to 7 remington magnum as 4350 is to the 3006.

I have been told by many the 7828 was developed for the 7mm Rem Mag and that was in the 60s. It will still work along with many others.
