7mm rem mag ppu vs nosler brass

So after hunting season I plan to really work up a good load for my Remington 700 7 mm magnum. I'm going to be shooting accubond 160s, and using RL-22 powder.
Now comes the brass question. I have roughly 60 rounds of federal brass shot through this rifle that I've saved. I'll also confine PPU brass for about $40 per 50 and nosler at $100 per 50. Is the nosler that much better???
Should I use my federal brass that's been 1x fired In this rifle, go the cheaper PPU route, or spring for the nosler and buy onces cry once?
This gun shoots factory ammo under one MOA at 200, and I want to keep it that way or better out to 600 yards with my handloads.

Thanks!

I guess I'm not very picky as I haven't run into all the poor brass others have. I bought some PPU 7mm Remington Magnum brass several years ago. Nothing wrong with it, but empty cases weighed 14% more than Winchester brass. That's a significant difference. Powder charges worked up in Winchester brass had to be adjusted to compensate for the smaller case capacity of the PPU cases. Maybe all PPU brass is not representative of what I bought, but it's worth checking before working up loads.

It's a hunting rifle, right?
How many rounds a year will you realistically put through it?

The Nosler brass is already trimmed, chamfered, deburred, flash holes uniformed & deburred.

PPU is not. You have to do the work yourself.

But i don't take for granted that any/all that is done, and i check it on the Nosler anyways.
So why pay the extra money?
I have not tried the PPU 7mm Rem Mag brass yet.
But have 7X57 Mauser that i sized to 257 Roberts shooting +P with good results.
Also 7mm-08 that is fireformed to 7mm-08AI.

My money is somewhat tight, i like things that work without all the added bells & whistles.

Thanks for that!
I'm getting to the point where i'm going to need some more cases.
My rifle likes near max loads for the accuracy load.
I typically get about 6 reloads before the primer pockets start getting loose.

To the OP,
Yes, your once fired Fed cases will work just fine.
Be aware that you need to check the trim length. Especially after the second firing.
I've run into not being able to chamber Fed cases because the neck was trying to wedge into the throat.

Well, I was ready to buy the PPU brass, but found a good deal on $100 Norma rounds, brand new for $135 ship. Couldn't pass it up

How many loadings are you getting with the ADG?

As i mentioned, Rem, Win, Hornady, Nosler. I'm getting 6 loads before the primers are starting to get loose.

I've got 10 out of other ADG brass and still going if your not running over pressure.
I dont baby my guns if the shoot at the top end thats were I run them.
The 7 mag ive loaded is running 180 Bergers at 2950 after 3 firings and the pockets are still as tight as new so I expect the same as other ADG.

Theres a reason ADG is always out of brass, usually when there's a batch done it gets snatched up quick

Right now we could say that about most of our components...

Not taking away from the quality of ADG brass. I hear it's excellent.

Wish Peterson made 7mm Rem Mag...
