7mm Rem Mag Factory ammo help

I have a brother who does not reload. In the past I supplied him with reloads. Due to his new location I can not do it anymore so I need some help in telling him what to buy. I haven't bought factory ammo in decades.
7mm Rem Mag Husqvarvna bolt action, 24" barrel, 9½" twist, has always done its best with 154g bullets. Used for deer, moose, and caribou. Almost always under 200 yards.
Any help with factory ammo choice would be much appreciated.

It's a roll of the dice
Depending on his bore cleaning technique, same lot number factory ammo won't shoot to same point of aim/point of impact for the life of the barrel.
Throw in another lot of ammo & the same applies.
Shoot whatever he can get his hands on these days.

Thanks Dans40X....It is and has been a hunting rifle from the beginning. The round count is maybe 300 as I have loaded them all. Pretty much any known/current brand is available to him right now and because of the move he would possibly purchase as many as 100 rounds. (5 boxes)
Just wondered if one factory brand seemed better (accuracy) than another.

When I load for my relatives I try to match some factory offering in the case that they will need ammo at an inopportune time. Unless you did that I would just recommend getting a box of Hornady 154gr innerbond and sighting in with that. It shouldn't be too far off what you loaded but it will need to be sighted in none the less. As Dan said it's a crap shoot and whatever brand you choose will have to be sighted in. I have had good luck with Hornady bullets in the past though it has been years since I have bought factory ammo.

Finding which offering shoots best in his rifle will give him some good practice.
