7mm Mashburn & 7 Practical

You rarely ever hear of anyone building or talking about these calibers. Have any of you had one built recently?

If i remember correctly, he designed the 7mm Practical.
Our fellow shooters in New Zealand shoot it more than here in the US.

The 7 Mashburn has a Cult following over on 24hrcampfire where they like the 150g Ballistic tips, 175g Sierra btsp, and 160g Nosler accubond. Darn good speed on the Mashburn with accuracy.

Both require more work and are harder to get reloading setup for than a straight 7-300Win and offer no appreciable advantage. I have had a couple of 7-300wms but with ADG brass for the 7LRM, the 28 Nosler, and the option of necking down 300PRC I feel the belted cases are obsolete.
