7/270wsm was my favorite ELR practice gun for years. Necking up from 0.277" to 0.284" isn't really much of a wildcat. I shortened a 7wsm sizing die on the lathe and use the seater as it was. I had the 7wsm dies because I started there but brass dried up 10 years ago. The Norma 270wsm brass would go on sale for under $1 each.

180s at 3050 fps from a 32" barrel and H4831sc at 10 firings on the brass pressures.

The 7mm 270 is a very popular f class cartridge in the uk..
I ran mine on 67.5grs of H1000 behind the 180gr hybrids..
Fantastic cartridge..
The 184s and 195gr elite hunters shot superbly..
If I could only have 1 f open calibre it would be the 7mm 270..
I scrapped my barrel after 1800 shots
