I have a XP-100 chambered in 7mm BR. I got some brass when i bought it but I need some more. Does anyone make make 7mm BR brass? If no, I assume it would be a .308 shortened and necked down. Am I correct?

It is Remington brass and not that bad, when available. You might also consider necking up Lapua 6BR brass. Be sure to check true chamber length to avoid interference.
