G,day ime wondering if any of you blokes over there could give me some help to get my 7mm ai going,ime using 175smks and would like to try the berger168s,i have just put together a lawton 7500l action lawton 9 twister 28inch barrel,its to be used over mainly 7,8,9,1000yds on target, i use a 6x47 lawton on the shorts 3,5,6,7,and love it,can anyone tell me some velocities to run the 7mm without rattlin my head,i have tried the ozzy powder ar2225 with no results, i have tried reloader 22 also with better grouping but theres room to improve,velocities with both powders around 2900,i have found the bullets DONT like being in,thanks CHOPPER.

chopper, you might try r-19 or h-4350 they both have about the right burn rate.______treeman

Thanks mate but not all powders are avaiable here in Australia at least i dont think,the bulk of powders used here are MULWEX and very good too ,ar2225 is super slow and very dirty and giving very eratic velocities, i have used ar2217 a quicker powder but still no good,i dont no anyone here in the country using a 7mmai which leads me to ask the questions.

H-1000 has worked well in my Rem 7mm with hvy bullets,160 Up),so has VV N165 or 170

What are the velocities you blokes run them at for the longs,8,9,1000.
