75 VMAX IN THE 6GT?

Has anyone tried loading the 75 vmax in the 6mmGT?

Freebore is .120 which might be a little long, but have an itch to try out. Most load data around this cartridge is for 105 to 115 gr ( which is really what it was designed around). Twist is 7.5

Not looking to overspeed it, but wanted to try out a plinking round for inside 2-300 yds.

I finally got around to start the loading. The COAL to touch point with the 75 Vmax is 2.350" in my gun (with ejector and firing pin assembly removed). I'm going to load to jump 0.010' to start. I couldn't find any specific load data for this bullet, but found some for 70 Sierra BK and will reduce that a bit to start - trying two powders.

Please keep us Posted on your progress, as I too, want to try the 75 gr. V-Max, in my 7.5 twist .104 FB, 6 XC chambered, 24" Criterion bbl. that shoots, the 107 SMK's ( with StaBall and, a Lite Jam ) into, the .2's and .3's.
I'm currently shooting, Berger Flat Based Varmint bullets for Sage Rats and targets, but they aren't as "Explosive" as, I'd hoped ( just cuts them in 1/2 ). I'm getting one hole groups in the .3's with, the Bergers.

Preliminary results - 75 VMAX with Varget and Staball 6.5
26" OBW barrel (6mm GT)
COAL: 2.340" (0.010" jump, touch found without ejector or FP assembly)
GAP (Hornady) brass 1x fired, Rem 7.5 primers

Should have started with a lower charge of varget. Velocities started much higher than I anticipated and I didn't shoot all charges .... probably went further than I should have, but no obvious signs on brass/primer. I loaded on .5gr increments just to broadly see where velocities were. I'll try to pick a velocity and retest in smaller charge increments for finer tuning.

While I wasn't shooting for groups, it did fairly well. Most 3 shot groups had two touching and a third within .5 inch
