75+ LG’s at HAWKS RIDGE

On Saturday, 3-30-19 we had over 75 Light Guns and nearly 50 Heavy Guns on the line. The conditions were tough but so were the shooters. I have to say, it was a Great day to say the least. Congratulations to all the winners and THANK YOU ALL for supporting our Club and Organization! Hope to see some of you in Ga. next weekend!

I can’t get over how fast participation is growing each year at Hawk’s Ridge! I heard condition were not too bad in the am, but by the pm, the March winds came rolling in! I saw by a text the relay you were in Mike where only you and one other shooter got all 5 rounds on paper and you shot a 5.88 (as I recall). I heard you machine gunned them down range. That is awesome shooting, there must have been a quick let up for 13 people to get blown off paper. Again, congrats to the survivors and winners! Hunter (my 13yo son) and I hope to see you guys soon! Hot dang what a weekend. My first time at the ridge and definitely will not be my last. Awesome place. Tricky and FUN! Not to mention the scenery is unreal. You could not ask for a smoother, well run match. Thanks to all, us Ga boys had a blast. See ya soon!

It was a great day to be at Hawks Ridge. I enjoyed being there and seeing everyone again. The conditions were not the best and some handled it a lot better than me. I want to thank everyone that makes it happen.

Yesterday was my first time back in a LONG time & for me it was like getting off a merry go round, I couldn't figure out which way to go in that wind (up, down, left, right) because it didn't seem to matter lol. It would have been a good day to fly a kite, but it was an even better day to shoot with my buddies & see friends I hadn't seen in years. Conogratulations to all the winners! And thanks for welcoming me back, it's like I never left.

Results From a outstanding IBS Match 1 at Hawks Ridge Gun Club . Winds where tricky ,Turn Out was outstanding , Fun was measurable and shooting was Awesome.
