No, they do not have the cut in the recoil lug on the bolt. A 700 bolt will work fine in a 722 though. If you are into modifying a 722 bolt, you could put the cut in either by machining, or even a dremel, if you are careful.
722 bolts will fit in early 700's without the bolt guide feature. The handles are straight 90 degrees and not swept like the 700. The extractors are different from either the pinned or spring-clip 700 type, and the 700 extractors won't work without modifying the bolt.
