70 gr Berger (Varget) 223 max load?

If anybody has the Berger book handi can u please supply me with the max load for a 223rem using a 70grain Berger and Varget powder.

223 Rem. 70 Berger COAL 2.260. Max charge Varget 23.5.

What kind of BC do you get off of these bullets? how did they perform at 1000 yards or more? I have good results with the 75 grain amax but I love working on different bullets aswell. Thanks!

I have only shot them at 200 yards so far any they did very well with 25gr Varget. I also shoot the 75 amax out of the same gun but results are not as good as the Bergers

OK I'm sold! I'll pick up some, if I can find them

we are using 24.5grs and getting 1 hole groups at 100 yds and just under 5in groups at 900 yds. great combo!
