It should be very close to the 7mm RUM in case capacity. I'd go with starting charges for the 7mm RUM and work up from there.

If it's a non improved version then I'd look at 7STW data. A 300 Norma is about 103-104grs of capacity and necked down you lose about a grain of capacity. A 7STW is in the upper 90's for capacity. If it's a improved version then reduce 7RUM data a bit. A 7RUM has .400" freebore so it's like a Weatherby and the loads will be higher than a "normal" freebore version.

I have a 7-338 Norma Imp reamer I have yet to put to good use. Mine has a stepped bore rider throat for 195 Bergers. I have a 30-338 Norma Imp that has just over 110grs of capacity.
