Same capacity as a 7mm Dakota. I use H1000 with 162 amax in my dakota. Retumbo or RL33 with 180's.

7mm-300win also goes by the name of 7mm Practical.

Try Sawcarver on here, he has a 7-300WM.

The 7mm practical is a 30* improved shoulder vs 25*, so data may be slightly different

I run 73grs of H-1000 with 162 Amax's in RWS brass. It shoots really well in 2 of my 7-300wm's. I haven't tried it in the 3rd.
