7/270 wsm reamer specs

As above any suggestions on 7/270 reamer specs ?Planning on using norma brass and 180 hibyrd heads .I know some guys use a .310 neck but that seem a little tight to me !

.313" neck is the way to go. You will need to turn brass.

I'd use the Norma 300WSM Brass and neck it down. I've done it both ways and the 270WSM Brass in a PITA.

.318" Neck, .188" Free Bore

John Brewer, Bob Bock and I use Norma 270 WSM brass with a 0.318 neck and 0.200 free bore in our 7/270 WSM's. I turn case necks to 0.015" thickness. 300 WSM brass could be used also. I would rather neck up 0.007" than neck down 0.024".

What leade angle are you specing with these .200" freebores?

First I have to correct the neck wall thickness I posted yesterday. I turn my 7/270 WSM necks to 0.014" NOT the 0.015" I had posted.

My throat angle is 1and a half degrees.
