6x47L is a wildcat, so it's hard to say for sure, but a CIP mini 6XC reamer may not 100% clean a 6x47L chamber if the chamber is identical to a 6.5x47L except for the bore diameter.
The 6.5x47 chamber spec is about .002" wider at the base and maybe .0025" wider at the shoulder (which is farther back on the 6.5x47).
