Mike, I agree. So much so that I will send Billy308 a used/take off Wilson that I have lying around for free, just pay postage to wherever you might be, and try it. My bet is that you can run 39+grs of H4350 with a 107 and will do just fine. Accuracy will only be about 1moa as this bbl just came off my practice gun and its got over 3,500 rounds on it. It will still shoot a clean on the MR63 target, but the shooter had no room for error like you do with a new bbl. But, I am confident that the bbl is the problem and will send you a bbl to prove it.
