6x47 Lapua reamer needed

I'm diving into the 6x47 Lapua game head first. I'm looking to see if anyone has a no turn .273-.276 reamer with around the .110-.130 freebore that they would like to sell? I can get a .272 neck in stock but after reading all the threads, I'm worried that might be slightly on the tight side and lead to neck turning.

I’ll buy it or rent it for this one chamber, don’t plan on needing it again for many years.

After speaking to a couple knowledgeable people, I updated the freebore needed. Still on the hunt!

try pacific tool and gage PTC. They made my custom 6.5x47 and many other fine reams for me

Most reamer manufacturers are at a 10 to 15 week leade time at the moment unless its a off the shelf reamer.

You can still turn your necks no matter what neck dia reamer you get. Also youll find the necks are even thicker than you read about when you neck down the 6.5 case.

My necks are .2701 at the pressure ring, blue box lapua.

I used a .272 reamer and turners necks just enough to make them cleaned up and give consistent tension.

IMO it was a good move, the gun can out shoot me all the time.

Yes it takes time but then you have even more consistent neck tension in your brass.
