6x47 chamber

I am in the early stages of having a 6-6x47 rifle built. I have a Savage action to build from. I was planning on using a Criterion pre fit barrel barrel and will mainly be shooting 105 and 107 bullets. From what I understand a 1-8 twist would be good but not sure about the freebore? Seems like .100 to .125 is what is suggested amount. What might you all suggest?

I`ve never shot that heavy of bullet in my 6-47, the twist is way to slow in it, but have tried them in my 6-284. They shoot best in my gun when they are jammed into the lands. I like to see about .020 of skid marks on the bullet after it has been chambered,
