6x45 builds = downed coyotes

I built 2 new 6x45 rigs last week to replace one I gave to my older son, one for my youngest son, 1 for me. He just returned to the US being relocated to his new duty station, being gone since 2002 in the Army.
Built on Savage actions, both threaded for suppressors.
I whipped them together with BHW bbls, a 20" for me and the 22" for my youngest as it will also be his deer gun.
Sighted his for 100yds and mine at 135 yds.
We ran them to 400 yards, jotted notes for dial ups then went calling on a ranch in NE that's been calving.
This is all rolling hills, deep gullies, canyons, tons of drainage, buttes, bluffs, yuccas galore, typical cattle ranch land up there.
Winds were not in our favor all day.
Called 2 in at 7am, both stopped at a tad over 400 yards according to my leica. Scent was circling all over, changing winds every 6 min it seemed.
Son took his shot, 1 dropped and then got up and was gone.
All we saw was blood where it went down, so we moved on 1/2 mile.
Called in 3 at 830 am, all sure made their location apparent howling back at my barking. I only use vocals Sunday.
Saw them running the gullies and deep drainages maybe 3-400 yards out, but none coming into sight for more than a second.
Son points and says up under the bluffs going up in the rocks. There are 3 in a row I see in the binocs, so I let out a long female howl. They bunch up and son fires a round off, 2 spin around biting at their sides and they are gone within seconds. Ranged at 478 yards and 23* uphill angle. We did not climb up there as we could see them running off, even though I said Im sure 2 were hit that were next to each other, but not that hard.
Cant complain overall.
130pm I see 1 big looking coyote mousing as we were walking to set up above the drainage. Lucky for us as we drove to the corner where it was and I decided it looks good enough lets call here. The ranger has a silenced muffler and wind in our direction, we backed up and parked between 2 dips.
I range it at 560 yards from the top of the hill, wind is in our face about 10mph. We sneak in an extra 130 yards or so as it dinks out there.. No more room to get closer as we belly crawl out of the hill top yuccas and into a spot that's open and we can see him perfectly. We are prone and bipods ready down. I range it at 414 yards from there.
RF says come up 26 clicks so he dials up that plus 3.5" as I forgot that with the TBAC suppressor his gun shot 3.5" low with it on at 100 yds.
Im moving my gun on it as he shoots, thwwwap I hear & see it drop.
His load is a 55g nosler varmageedon bullet in front of H335.
Nice shooting son I say. His 1st NE blond coyote with the new 6x45 build. What can be better than that.
We move 8 miles back and above the buttes & bluffs. We circle around the bluffs & find what I think it a good spot with 5 fingers coming up from the range land below.
Mule deer country as we see at least 30 of them.
After 17 min. of on/off vocals I turned off the call and look at my son to say lets go and he is pointing across 2 deep gullies holding up 3 fingers. I find them in the binos and see 3 coyote climbing out of a finger. Dang wind has our scent going right down that way.
I range it fast at 397 yards, RF says 24 clicks up, I say 400 yards to my son as Im dialing up. They are almost over a crest as I long howl, they stop and I let fly my 6x45, 20", TBAC suppressed 65g vmax in front of Xterminator and it flat out drops on the spot, my son said darn pops just the second I was pulling my trigger and it pops over the top at your shot. Great day with my youngest son. Its been 8 yrs since Ive been with him due to the ARMY and being overseas.
He was driver today also. Saw 10 coyote total that day.

Little white spot just right of center at top of yuccas is coyote.

Nice blondish well fed male.

Just at top of tress to right on brown thin area is my 41lb male.

My 397 yard coyote.
