6x45,6mm-.223) Benchmark load

I have been to Hodgdon site and looked for a 6x45 load using benchmark powder but found nothing

I have done a google search too and found one guy who uses 26.4 Grns of benchmark in his 6x45 loads

any one on here have any any experience using benchmark in your 6x45 and would care to share how many grains you use

it will be pushing a 85 grn sierra hollow point.
