PM doesn’t mean you’ll take it. Normally the first I’ll take itt followed by a PM gets it. PM just means you are inquiring. Die is probably available if you want it. I want the die with the bottom piece, he doesn’t know if he has that. Sorry not trying to get the jump on you.

Wasn't talking to you. I pm ed him saying i wanted it if it was functional. If it's missing the base then i redact my statement of interest
 
Sorry Madchase, You can see the timestamp on the attached screenshot of the PMs 'Silver Bullet' PMed me, stating he would take it if I had the base before you did. And followed up with it on the ad.
