I will not ship it (too much hassle and weight). I typically shoot several matches throughout the country. If you are interested, we can make arranges and transfer at one of those matches. Payment is cash only (unless I know you, and then I will take a check). Send me a note if you have any questions. The rubber-looking material on the top block is industrial vibration damping material, which I removed since the picture was taken.

I’ve won 3 U.S. Benchrest HOF points with the set-up. Most recently, the HB Grand Agg at 2017 IBS Group National Championship.

other than the action being left bolt, are the rail controls different than that for a right handed shooter?

Wow! Jay Young builds awesome shooting machines. I have an old Cecil Tucker model I play with.

Good Luck! with your sale.

On a RH setup, the sighter-record cam lever is located on the left side of the base. On a LH, it's on the right side. The windage mechanism is also orientation specific.

I'm a lefty. But when Jay built my gun, I asked him to pre-drill the base for either cam. And I bought the few parts needed to convert my LH gun to a RH. I did this to give a buyer either option if I ever needed to sell my LH gun.

Finally, Jay's design and execution is unrivaled and everyone who has one considers themselves fortunate. Good luck!

I converted a left hand Young to a right. Takes some careful measuring and doing some machining on the longitudinal movement assembly. And relocating the cam assembly.
Works great after I finished it.

I’ve gotten several inquiries recently about the Railgun. Yes, it’s still for sale, asking $5,500. The entire setup is Left-handed, (railgun and the action), and I wouldn’t recommend it for a right-hand shooter. I don’t want to ship it, so you will need to make arrangements and/or meet me at a match. The barrel is a Krieger with about 450 rounds.
Thanks, Lee
