I have the opportunity to buy a stolle panda chambered 6ppc with a heart barrel, Keeley rings, custom dies, and Leupold 45x competition scope all for 2400 bucks. It only has been shot 100 rounds after breaking in. Is this a good deal or should i just try to get a different used target gun.

Josh, If I was going to lay down $2400 for a used rifle I'd sure as heck want to have it bore-scoped. I'd also insist on shooting it. If it has to be shipped to you be sure and ask for a right of refusal tied to a specified number of days in which you have to mail the rifle after you sign for delivery. YOU'D BE EXPECTED TO PAY THE FREIGHT AND INSURANCE BOTH WAYS.
If it shoots and the bore looks good you can't build one and scope it for anywhere near the asking price. Good luck with your purchase.
