HELLO everyone im wanting to build a 6mm prc for varmint shooting. im torn between the 70 grain nosler ballistic tip and the 80 grain ballistic tip and the sierra 90 grain tipped game king bullet. which one would you choose and why ? also what velocity should i expect ? what freebore do i need for these bullets listed ? and what powder would work best ? and what twist would work best ?

You need to know the twist rate of your barrel (in order to stabilize the bullet). Depending on the typical distance of your target, speed is good on a calm day and mass is good on a windy day.

I havent even bought a barrel yet. im trying to decide if i wanna shoot the 80 grain nosler ballistic tips or 87 grain v-max or the 90 grain sierra TGK from there i will match the reamer freebore to the bullet and the barrel twist. i was hoping to get feedback one guys using the 6mm prc for thermal hunting and what bullet they liked most.

I'd look at the 90 TGK.
I've been using Sierras 100 gr. In a couple 6mms and they plain shoot also their 140s in 7mm.

I'm shooting a Savage 6MM BR 1 - 8 twist F-class rifle,, it can shoot 80gr, 90 gr, and 105 Gr bullets into .375 in Groups. Fowler, Bart, and Berger Bullets.
