6mm on 47 mm lapua

in a 26 in barrel can i drive 68 to 75 grain bullets to 3600 ft per sec?i have a shilen action and want to make a varmint rifle out of it for 400 to 500 td shots.also may shoot at the south fork range at the 500 yd groundhog shoot here in pa.
what loads would you recomend also...
