I have found the same thing as ARK . Did not have a great difference in my Dasher. either. Tommy Mc

Back it off 1 grain and work it back up.
My guess is your same load would work.

I ran the same load for 110 SMKs and the 112 Matchburner in my 6x47 with no ill effects.

How did the Match burners work out ?

They shot well. Actually shot as good at 100 600 and 835 as the 110s did.

It’s an overlooked bullet in my opinion for accuracy. I think if a guy is looking for BR type accuracy you’ll be better off shooting a Berger or Sierra or custom.

What was a little off for me was the BC. I was running them through a 7 twist barrel so should have been getting full BC value and it was lower than stated. I believe in my ballistics program, which we all know isn’t a perfect meter of BC, I had a G7 of .290 entered to get it to match up with the actual drop I was observing. .324 I believe is what they are rated.

Could have been the conditions the day I shot them as well, I didn’t pursue them much after.

I’ll be loading them in a new barreled 6x47 with a 7.5 twist this next week to see how they perform.

I think it’s very legit bullet for PRS type shooting or general long range shooting into F class for the guy that isn’t expecting to win every match he’s in.

41,3 grain h4350 going 3020 out of 24” seekins precision with a 1:8 twist. Hornady recommended 1:7.7 twist but my stability factor is 1.41 and shoots less than 0.300 MOA/100y consistently using nosler brass and 210m primers. At 40,1 grains I’m getting 2950 shooting less than 0.600 moa/100y consistently.

targets shot at 100,200,422 and 550 yards

my coal is short at 2.600 or 1,980 cbto it’s just how this rifle is chambered

I got the special seating stem from hornady for the a- tips but I don’t think it made much of a difference you could however see that the ring left on the bullet by the original stem is not there anymore but the a-tip stem still leaves very very light mark on the bullet

for my satterlee method i started at 40 grains loading up to 41.4 in 0.2 increments I found nodes at 40 & 40.2 and then again at 41.2 & 41.4 both having a 3fps variance

FYI this is at 72F - 88F
