I have a tight neck 30 BR I am loading for. I am neck sizing 6mmBR brass out to 30 BR specs. Should I turn the necks before, or after I size the brass out to 30BR?

I did mine after sizing up and everything went great. I took mine up in small steps and only lost 1 pc of brass.

this is an older video, but my brass turning process is still pretty much the same. i now use stainless steel media instead of dry media.
