6mm br rem/ 6. Dasher

Good afternoon Can a 6 mm br Remington case be fire formed into a six dasher case?
Is it worth the trouble? this is my first step into the Dasher world, and I had some of the six BR Remington given to me a while back that I never tossed.

Yes they can. Id recommend that you fire form with a false shoulder to make sure the case head is firmly against the bolt face on firing and jamming the bullet into the lands as a secondary insurance. Done this way I get 100% survival of my Lapua 6BR cases formed to Dasher.

You can buy Alpha and maybe others but the necks will be larger diameter and may not work well in a chamber cut with a reamer intended for Lapua 6BR brass.

If I were you, I would get some Peterson dasher brass and forget the fire forming.
