6mm br chamber headspace dia ??

i am lost. i have searched and not found a chamber drawing with the headspace numbers.
what is the DIA at the reference head space datum line.

From the print, the datum diameter appears to be .350".

I believe the number the OP is looking for is the same for either. Their dimensional differences are elsewhere.

Wouldn't the Norma/Lapua drawing be CIP? I just did a Google search and got lucky.

The common datum is .350 for 6BR and variants, I have seen one reamer print that used .375.

CIP drawing I found don’t list the headspace datum unfortunately.

The common comparators used aren't intended for precise numbers. Rather, comparative ones. So, as long as you use the same tool to measure fired vs sized, for example, it doesn't matter what the diameter is within reason. I've used pistol cases to do the job. Just push the shoulder back .002 with whatever tool and you should be good to go.

that is sort of what i am doing. my chamber is very close to "0". i measure my hs gauge with a given comparitor and then measure my cases as i work on a die seting, with a stripped bolt. just check/watching numbers.

I make my own, used it to make a 6 BRA go gauge
