6MM BR cartridge box

I'm trying to gather up all the goodies before the rifle gets here. Any suggestions as to the cartridge box to hold these stubby rounds?

Thanks

There are a lot of reasons why, explained in several other threads here, but get some of these:

+1 They work perfect for the 6br. Fired cases and loaded cases!

Try some of these boxes, they have real hinges!

I certainly like the fact that they have real hinges. Plano used to make similar boxes but I can't find them anymore.

With the Helvetica box (AKA Smart Reloader on other sites) is the partition wall high enough that fired cases can't get out of their cell if the box is turned upside down but, at the same time low enough that one can pick the fired cases up by the neck? Also, is the inside height of the box high enough that the lid will close on rounds with 105 VLD's loaded long?

The Midway/Frankford Arsenal 512 is the only box I've seen that meets the above requirements and I've tried them all with the exception of the one you mention. If it will do all of the above I'll order some.

Yes they will hold long loaded 105,
No the fired brass will not stay put

I bought some of the hinged lid cases and then cut a piece of 1/2 inch foam and pressed it in the top of the lid so the ammo stays put.
