6mm BR Brass Lapua VS Norma

Any difference in 6 BR brass Lapua VS Norma??

I'm looking to by a couple hundred. I'll be using it in a 22 BR.

In most cases where both make the same case the Norma seems to be a little softer in the base and doesn't handle the pressure as well. Matt

I've used the new Norma brass in my 6ppc bench rest rifle, and a 22-250 and it's up to the same standards as the Lapua brass so I would trust the 6 BR brass is as good as any. Norma got their brass production up to a new quality level several years ago and it's good to go now. I'm about to buy some for my 6BR.

Hard to beat Lapua. Norma brass is great too though. I recently bought some Lapua brass for a new 6br I have and I was simply amazed how uniform each piece was to the next... and I say that because I shoot lapua brass in everything I own and reload for and I've prepped thousands of lapua cases like many others on here and when going through all the prepping stages even with other calibers of lapua brass there tends to be a little variance, but the 6br brass was just crazy uniformed over any other caliber lapua brass ive ever prepped.

My recent experience with Lapua 6BR brass has been that you can get a lot that is perfect, and you can get a lot that where the dimensions vary. Going forward, I'm only ordering brass in quantity by lot #. If you don't like the first box, you can at least return the unopened boxes.
