6mm AR/Grendel AR-15 barrel

They probably only chamber barrels in the 6mm ARC nowadays, instead of the 243LBC
May want to check with Bigdawg at maddogweapons and see if he has a reamer and or barrel blank.
They have 6 arc and 6 grendel. The 6.5 creed ar10 barrel I got from them was excellent.
That's strange, I bought my 6 ARC 24" H-Bar barrel from X-Caliber last fall. Why would they stop making them now?
I just looked on X-Caliber's site and under the custom AR barrel builder, they still offer 6 ARC!!!
I just recieved a 24” 6ARC from X-Caliber last week, and have already shot it at 500m (547 yards).
it is a fast SOB, and very nice workmanship to boot. I bore scoped it out of the box, and it is superb.
Took 8.5 MOA to hit dead center at 500m with a 200m zero, with 108gr Hornady 6ARC box ammo. My 24” 6AR (243LBC) guns usually need 9.0 MOA with 105 Bergers hand loaded.
So, very happy with X-Caliber so far.

ARC is available from several manufacturers including X-Caliber. In that I have been working with the AR/Grendel for a number of years, I have no interest in the ARC.
I bought one of these 24 inch bull barrels from Ballistic Advantage. Haven't had it out yet.

Welcome show some pics of the rifle and targets once you get it slapped together.
12 to 16 weeks for the barrel..................hope I can get it shooting well in time for Perry. 20" H-BAR 1:7 twist shooting 105 and heavier to get to 1000 yards. 112 Barnes is sub MOA out of my 28" X-Caliber.
My mistake, I miss read! Thought you were looking for an ARC barrel. My bad!
What kind of velocity were you getting out of your 28"?
We were thinking of making a 6arc/6 Grendel and tailoring it to mimic 308 ballistics for the PA 308 acss reticle.
About 2740 fps loading 0.020" off the lands with Reloder 17(!). The longer barrel burns all of the powder.
