6BRX 200 line problems

OK need some help with some figures
I used to shoot a Dave Kiff 6BRX reamer and found I was getting clickers after awhile so I got my own reamer build as my FL bushing dies didn't size the 200 line.. even sent reamer specs and they sent a die to me to use.
I then went and got my own reamer made and went from the .470 200 line spec from the Dave Kiff reamer to a .4714 reamer spec after looking at reamer specs from 6BRA, 6BR and dashers specs to help with sizing the 200 line .
Now I'm using a Forster co-ax press and I'm FL/bumping my cases 002-0025 from fired brass
My 200 line is on fired brass is 0.4713, 0.4712 and sized it is 0.4708, 0.4709 so it's only getting sized 0.0005 .
What is the optimum sizing of the 200 line? To stop these clickers
And who is best to get a FL bushing die made from?
The die I have brought a few months ago (to try another brand to see if it would help) is great and I shot my best ever 500m/547y group with it of 0.579" but the clickers are worse than my whidden die I was using .
Any help would be great
Cheers

What Frank said^^^, But try the shell hoalder First, there cheap, dies aren't.
Best die?I don't know if Harrels makes a BRX, if they do there affordable, if they say you need a 3.0 get it and a 3.5, ask me how I know, Whidden custom..expensive and a wait, but have worked for me (if you can wait a couple of months).
Good luck to ya mate.

Have you tried taking a couple thousandths off the top of your shell holder or off the bottom of your die so the case will go in a little further? Sounds like you have a couple extra dies .Figure out which one is tightest at .200 line and give it a try.

Frank
No I haven't.. I'm using the Jaws on the co-ax press.. Maybe i should convert it to an actual shell holder, but if I'm sizing/bumping my brass enough how will changing the shell holder make a difference to my 200 line?

My whidden die was ment to be a custom all those years ago when I got when I was using the Dave kiff reamer.. I'm thinking it wasn't now..
Will check out Harrels. I used to use a 6BRA die of theirs once, will check out if the do a 6BRX
The die I'm using now is a Wilson one
So what's with the 3.0 and 3.5?
Cheers

My Wilson F/L bushing die is pushing the 200 line back @ .4695 if that helps any at all.

The bodies of the case and die are tapered. Shove the case in farther it goes farther into the taper, but it also changes the bump.
The problem with that is that say a case has .010 per inch of taper, which is a pretty realistic and common average. You have to push the shoulder back .100 to gain .001. Taking a couple of thou from the bottom of the die or from the top of the shell holder really gains you nothing, diametrically.

I would reach out to Wilson for tech support.

Harrells numbering system is the higher the # (like 3.5) is tighter than the 3.0 and so on, send them the cases and let them tell you rather than buying one and finding out you need more sizing. JMHO
As someone alluded to in a previous post, they tend to lean toward the conservative side(less sizing) by that method. I hate bolt click and would hedge a tad smaller, like going with a 3.5 if they recommend a 3.0...but that's just me. We're splitting a pretty fine hair here. I just don't want bolt click. I can deal with a slightly firm lift(pressure), but not where the bolt stops at the top(click) and I can live with a tad more sizing resulting in less brass life. Also, I can control pressure myself. Annealing does NOT fix this..but rather, the person tipping the powder can, does. I've been guilty of being a little heavy handed with the jug before. It's a case of "bought lessons are best". Brass ain't cheap and then the prep on top of that.

I have a honed Wilson here i use for that extra tiny bit of sizing at the base, these will run all day smooth as silk whereas my HARRELS does .4695 a .001 less so any brass past a couple three loading will start to click. Depending on how hard I hit them of course..

Also I would like to send some brass to Harrels if I can't get it fixed by Wilson but I'm not sure it will get there from Australia but will try if needed..
Thanks for all the replys
Had a chamber that was sticking. My reamer had a glitch somewhere. It left a shiny spot on cartridges fired in two different chambers. Had smith polish the chamber a bit at that point and wa la, problem solved. Maybe you just need a polishing.
