PS to @eric32 ...the current IBS-1000 HV-Gun record 10-shot group is 2.871" (Michael Gaizauskas in 2016)

Yes... they are two separate classes.
In IBS-1000 competitions, Light Gun is 5-shots and Heavy Gun is 10-shots.
(the current Light Gun group record is 1.397")

Tom you can send me that 20% barrel. A lot of things can happen between the target and muzzle. An updraft, head to tail slight change, bad bullet, or maybe even a Rocky Mountain fly. I would try to make good use of it. LOL Matt
