6bra preferred dies? Wilson or Harrels?

Neither. Get a resizing reamer that is cut slightly smaller than your chamber reamer, then have your smith make you a custom full length bushing die using the sizing reamer. That way you are resizing the brass just ever so slightly smaller than the chamber each time you fire and resize your brass. The custom die should run about $225 and the resize reamer piloted should run about another $200-250.
If you don’t want to go that route, I would rank the dies I have used in this order (from best to worst, not counting my custom dies which blow away any of these below):
1. Harrels
2. Wilson
3. Whidden gunworks
4. Redding competition
5. Hornady competition
6. RCBS

New 6bra, I generally only use Wilson stainless Fl dies with neck bushing, seeing a bunch of people using the harrels dies, is there an advantage over them?
For most of the calibers that Harrell's makes dies for, the differences in the chambers are mostly at the back. On a reamer print it would be the dimension .200 in front of the bolt face. Of course, depending on the way that a chamber is cut, it is not uncommon for a chamber to be bigger than the reamer that cut it. Unlike most dies, Harrel's' are cut with a boring bar on a CNC turning center, which gives him the ability to cut different die dimensions by simply changing the program. It also gives excellent uniformity. Given all of this, for many of the calibers, he makes up and finishes dies, so that when your fire brass comes in, he can gauge it and based on that, pick the correct die for your chamber. I recommend that you call them before you order, so that there will be no misunderstanding. In any case, I have used his dies for over two decades and have always been pleased. If you buy an off the shelf die, it is always going to be a hope and we'll see proposition. One more thing, If when you get your die, it sizes more or less than you want, they will exchange it. I have never had to do that, but they will. Wrapping this up, I have one of their 6BRA dies, and it is just as I ordered it, with a tiny bit of sizing at the shoulder and .001 at the base.

I have both and use both, I like both.

I have both Harrel’s 2.5 & Wilson dies for the BRA, Wilson when I ask the tech told me there’s was based off the JGS wheeler #1reamer. The sizing numbers of each are drawn out below. Disregard the length I’ve listed,
