6BR twist question?????

OK...........Using 55 gr. bullets.



Would i get more velocity out of a 1 in 14 twist barrel vs. a 1 in 10 twist barrel using the same loads???????

What do you feel the diffrence, in velocity ) might be between the two????

I believe i would....just looking for a confirmation.

You would probably NEED the extra velocity out of the 1-10 to shoot the 55's. I shoot 1-14BR and love the 55's and 58's, and load them pretty slow, closer to Min loads than Max.

I don't have the numbers, but the 10tw will slow the speed down, the 8 is much more. The 14tw can shoot up to a 80 gr in some barrels.

I think You mean 14tw for up to 80gr in some BULLETS,although I'm not sure which).
Not a 75Vmax or 70smk..
