6br norma

Which manuals out there list data for the Norma version of 6BR? Looking through the Hornady manual they only list 6BR Remington, which is good, but only lists the slow twist 14twistclass of bullets.

As I recall, Berger has data (but is limited to their bullets.)

VV has at least some data for their powders.

I end up doing a lot of substitutional guesswork. Though I will say that a ballistic program (I use Gordon's Reloading Tool, but a lot of people use Quickload) makes simulating loads easy (I won't comment on accuracy of the simulation though.) Just be smart and err on the cautious side - work up loads and monitor brass for problems.

The loads 6BRA referenced were a great jumpstart when I had my rifle built.

Go to the Hodgdon website. Reloading area. They have both 6BR Norma and Remington. Lots of good information there...
