6BR in AICS?? Anyone??

On another forum the topic of the 6BR in an AICS mag has revived my interest in having a 6BR in an AICS platform.

So, other than Rifles of the Week #32, is there anyone out there that can or has made it happen?

Would someone mod AICS mags for me? I only seem to destroy them. Or does someone have one stashed away somewhere they want to sell?

It tried it once, by trimming a AI mag follower and several different spacers, but could not get it to work. I was using a Stiller action, Badger DBM, and a MCM stock.

I just built a 6 dasher on a fn spr in mcmillan a5 with cdi bottem metal which uses aics mags and so far it is shooting great and cycles ammo great. it doesn't like the 10rd mags but works great in the 5's without any modification just push them all the way to the back like any other ammo. I think the controlled round feed action really makes this setup shine.

It is the middle rifle with gap camo stock and ss barrel

Never thought of using a CRF action with a 6BR and the AICS mag combo, but its a good idea. Thanks for the reply.
