6br and berger 88 powder?

my barrel on a new 6br build is just about ready, thinking of ordering the rest of the components soon. Was going to buy some varget and maybe rl-15, but figured Id ask if anyone has any experience shooting the 87 vld or 88 flat base bergers in a 6br. Have a 10 twist, so hoping to make these work. Anyone have any experience with either bullets and found a good powder? Searched around a bit, not all too much info out there so far.

Tried varget and RL-15 both with 88 gr. Berger high BC FB. Varget is grouping better in mine. 6br 8 twist

You are correct on the burn rate woolenmammoth! All three are together in the burn rate chart in my Hodgdon book. R15 then N140 then Varget in that order from fastest to slowest. The Varget is the least temp. sensitive of the three so thats the one I would lean toward. From what I've read H4895 is a good powder for the 6br and is also insensitive to temp. changes. Get yourself some CCI 450 or BR4 Primers while you're ordering powder too!
