68GN BARTS IN 6BR

ANYONE HAVE ANY LUCK WITH 68GN ULTRA'S IN 6BR. THANKS

Yes, I had a Cooper Varminter with a 1:14 twist. They shot great. I seated them to touch. I used n135 and br4 primers. They shot under .3 at 100 yards. The Berger column bullets shot a little better with a similiar load. I will also add, I didn't really know how to tune a load back then. So, you will probably get better results with them.

13.75 tw shoots them really well with 8208xbr. Great bullet at a reasonable price.

My little Savage with a Criterion 26 inch 1-8 twist likes VV N133 with Berger 68's. This is a tactical style repeater shot off a bipod and a squeeze bag and the scope reticle is pretty thick for target use. If you have any N133 on hand you may want to try it

My load didn't like close to the lands.
Not till .009 off did the groups tighten up.
