68 grain berger and 8 twist 6br

I found a good deal on 1000 68 grain bergers but my barrel is an 8 twist set up for the 105's. All I have for powder is varget and h4895. Probably not an ideal bullet for an 8 twist but I'd like to give it a try for short range. I searched and didn't come up with much for varget and h4895 loads. Anyone know where to start with these two powders and and 68 bergers and hopefully end?

You may have to jump the 68s at least .060 to get anything in the neck. Before I bought a thousand, I'd check them with a gauge first.

My 8 twist 6BR likes 68 grain Barts the best, even better than 107 grain Sierra MKs. I'd say go for it but I've only had mediocre luck with Bergers. I much prefer Barts or Sierra.

My 10 twist loves those little pills sitting on top of 34 grains of varget and a br4 primer, .005 jam .super speedy and accuracy is in the ones and two's. As always please work up to a load ,I wouldn't want someone hurt because I said it was good.
