Buy a set of dies and a shell holder and load some of Barts 68 bt. and it will be the best shooting gun you have.... jim

Yeah no kidding, Norma brass, 65-70gr Match bullets, H-322 powder, Harrell’s FL die, not big money to get somewhere great.

Daddy has one of the first year A1`s that shoots the Berger Column bullets and 133 very well,,there is no way I would take it to a UBR match and run 100+ rounds through it in 5-6 hours,,

he got it in NIB condition about 10 years ago and has maybe put 300 rounds on it,,

Might just do that. I did have an inquiry from a forum member, told him 1200, he felt it was fair but out of his budget. At least I know its worth. All in all I am grateful for all the information everyone was kind to provide. May end up looking for some components and enjoying the rifle.
