any thoughts on how far with 65 grain bullets i can kill groundhogs at with this cartrige?thinking of a 300 yd to maybe 400 yard gun.

I would think you could kill g-hogs out to 400 even further.

Yes you can shoot 500 yds very sucessfully with a 6ppc. Don't let the ignorance of others scare you from it.

What?? That doesnt make any since!!! Why even shoot anything ever at all. Its always about the wind!! We shoot a local varmint for score match and last month we shot our ppc's at 400 yards with excellent results. 500 yards is definitely doable with a 6ppc!! Lee
