6 mm br

given bullets of 60 to 75 grain how fast are your loads for groundhog hunting ?

I assume barrels are about 24 to 26 inches long.

The 6mmBR section in articles lists a bunch of various loads that are safe and in the chart they provide velocities.

FWIW i get about 3300 with an 8TW barrel, 27 inches, lapua case, 70 grain BK and some IMR8208, with fed match primer

I have a 12 Twist 6BR, 26"
55 Grain Lead free Noslers (as long as the lead core 80's)
Norma Brass
Fed primers
Benchmark 32+ grains
3450 fps.

26" 14 twist barrel: 58 GR Hornady VMax 3530 fps 33.3 gr 8208 (my best load). Got 3610 without pressure. 68-70 gr I usually shoot at 3350 fps. Probably could go faster.
