Send some brass to Harrells. He will send you a die that best matches your cases. I've used 2 Redding type S dies and a Forster. Not one sized the same. Between the two Redding, one die would size the base Ok and oversize the shoulder and the other would do the opposite! The Forster die I have needed to be modified in order to bump the shoulder. In short, go with the Harrell or full custom.zfastmalibu said:Does John Widdon use your fired brass to make your die? Or does he just have a standard size?

He just has a standard size.

He just has a standard size.
Whidden's dies were designed with input from D. Kiff at PT&G to work with dimensions of his Dasher chamber reamers. So that "standard size" is a little bit of a misnomer.
The Whidden full-length bushing die is nicer than my one from Redding and comes with a nice comparator to measure set-back and a locking ring that actually works.
