Can I use a 6 BR seater for the 6 Dasher?

Yes, you can. You need to keep it adjusted high so the different shoulders don't intermingle and smash down your Dasher shoulder.

Or you could make or have made die base (Wilson) that is counter bored .

If you have Norma Dasher brass with the longer necks you may run into problems.
I had to bore the neck deeper on my Wilson Dasher seater to use the Norma brass. Not sure about the other brands of seaters, but something to keep in mind.
