Thanks guys! The brass I have is actually hydroformed from him already. So just going to run it one more I think before I start true load work up
I hydroform my brass to save barrel wear.
Load and shoot in a match.

I fire formed a handful of brass, load developed with them and shot that load while fire forming the rest of my cases. Was consistent 2" at 500 for 4 shots, and shot 5 usually pulled out. I attributed that to difference in brass. I hydroformed myself for the first time.

Lapua 6BR cases are very dimensional consistent and in volumes - IME. To retain that consistency when making/forming 6Dasher's it is my experience no matter what method is used, the dimensions need to remain as close after forming as they were before. Sort to speak, if 2 new cases straight out of the box are within say .002" of each other in length, we need them to also be close to the same after there formed to a 6Dasher.

Example: - say those two cases that were within .002" of each other, end up .005" in length of each other after forming, Where did the .003" indifference end up at?

This is where I find variance in "blow lengths" and shoulder diameters can and will deplete volume consistency, and why I say no matter what method is used, obtaining dimensional consistency of the method is critical.
